Planning

This phase may include:

In Progress
Active design, development, production, or execution work is currently taking place.
During this stage, the IKANDI team is actively working on approved deliverables or project milestones.
Awaiting Feedback
Requested revisions or approved updates are currently being implemented.
This stage typically follows:
- stakeholder review,
- presentation delivery,
- or milestone approval rounds.
Scheduled
Work has been scheduled and assigned within the active production timeline.
This status may appear:
- before production begins,
- during queue preparation,
- or while awaiting a scheduled start date.
On Hold
Project activity has been temporarily paused.
This may occur due to:
- pending approvals,
- delayed assets,
- timeline adjustments,
- billing issues,
- or strategic reprioritization.
Completed
The project or deliverable has been finalized and delivered.
Completed projects may remain accessible for:
- downloads,
- archival access,
- or future reference.
Understanding Timeline Changes
Project statuses may change throughout the engagement lifecycle based on:

- scope adjustments,
