Resetting Your Password

If you’re unable to access your account, you can reset your password directly from the IKANDI HQ login page.

How To Reset Your Password

Password reset links are sent securely to the email address associated with your account.

  1. Navigate to the IKANDI HQ login page
  2. Select Forgot Password
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your inbox

For security purposes, password reset links may expire after a limited period of time.

    Didn’t Receive The Reset Email?

    If you do not receive a password reset email:

    • Check spam or junk folders
    • Confirm the correct email address was entered
    • Allow several minutes for delivery
    • Verify that your account has already been activated

    To help maintain project organization and account security, access is limited to approved users only.

    Password Recommendations

    For For account security, passwords should:

    • be unique,
    • avoid common words or phrases,
    • and include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols whenever possible.

    Avoid sharing passwords between users or departments.

    Account Security

    If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the IKANDI team immediately so account access can be reviewed and secured.
