How To Reset Your Password
Password reset links are sent securely to the email address associated with your account.
- Navigate to the IKANDI HQ login page
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Follow the password reset instructions sent to your inbox
For security purposes, password reset links may expire after a limited period of time.
Didn’t Receive The Reset Email?
If you do not receive a password reset email:
- Check spam or junk folders
- Confirm the correct email address was entered
- Allow several minutes for delivery
- Verify that your account has already been activated
To help maintain project organization and account security, access is limited to approved users only.

- and include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols whenever possible.
